The holiday home for 24 persons has three bathrooms and eight bedrooms and is equipped with 18 single beds and three bunk beds. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player, a fireplace, a TV, a heather and a heater. In addition there is a barbecue, a sauna, a garden, a terrace, a hot tub, a bar, a set of garden furniture and a table tennis table. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three showers, three toilets and seven washbasins.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a Internet connection (wireless), a washing machine and two fridge-freezers.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a playground equipment.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with two dishwashers, a stove, an oven and a microwave.

This is an old converted watermill that has been transformed into a holiday home. This beautiful building is located in a quiet corner of the small village of Herbeumont, 14 km from Bertrix, in the middle of the woods. The Semois flows under the house. You have a view of the river from the living room. The house is therefore very suitable for family reunions and large groups. You can enjoy hiking in the region. The castle of Godefroid de Bouillon is definitely recommended. The surrounding nature is beautiful, with many forests and hilly landscapes. The Gaume region is known for its milder temperatures, especially in summer where it is often warmer than the rest of the country. From Bouillon you can make day trips, for example along the Semois. There is also a barbecue outside where you can prepare delicious meals. Equipped for groups of up to 24 people (= no groups of young people) with panoramic outdoor sauna and hot tub.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
