The holiday home for 34 persons has 11 bathrooms and 12 bedrooms and is equipped with 16 single beds, eight double beds, a double bed or two single beds and two single folding beds. The holiday home is equipped with a stereo, a TV, a CD player, a radio and two fireplaces. In addition there is a barbecue, a pond, a garden, a boules court and a set of garden furniture and there are two terraces. The badroom is equipped with five toilets.

Maximum capacity is 34 guests; this limit cannot be exceeded.
The property is not available for groups of young people unless a quiet gathering is ensured.
An in-house audio system is provided; personal speakers and amplifiers are not allowed. The system also includes a 2-meter HD+ screen suitable for lectures and courses.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
