General

The holiday home for 20 persons has ten bathrooms and ten bedrooms and is equipped with 18 single beds and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with two infraraed showers, a heather, a DVD player, a heater, a radio, a TV and two stereos. In addition there is a barbecue, a terrace, a sauna, a pond, a set of garden furniture and a garden and there are two football tables. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with 11 showers, nine washbasins and ten toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a convection microwave, an oven and a dishwasher.

When you descend to the garden you can reach at the pond below the house and a bit further runs a stream with small waterfalls. The garden is all around the home and so you can always look for either the sun or the shades. In bad weather, there is enough comfort within the house to spend whole days.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
