The holiday home for 13 persons has a bathroom and four bedrooms and is equipped with nine single beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a radio, two DVD players, a CD player, five heaters and two televisions. In addition there is a garden, a terrace, a set of garden furniture, a sandbox, a trampoline, a billiard and a barbecue. You can park your car on four parking lots. The badroom is equipped with a bath, two showers, five washbasins and a toilet.

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and there are two cots.

The kitchen is equipped with two microwaves, two dishwashers, a stove and two ovens.

This comfortable 4-bedroom villa is perfect for large families or groups of friends. The house comes with a private terrace, garden, barbecue, and has a play area for kids. The house is located in Peer, Limburg.

There are lots of farms, cheese factories, taverns, and restaurants nearby for epicureans. You can cycle around the property, or hire a Quad for an adventure. You can head to the museums in Peer or the Mullemer Bemden; an educative environmental and nature learning path. There is a forest 1 km away, and you can go swimming in a public pool 4 km away. The town centre is 5 km away, and general supplies and restaurants are available at 5 km and 8 km away respectively.

A high chair is available for children, as well as a play area with a sandpit. A pet is allowed on the property for € 50/stay. There is a private terrace and garden with furniture as well as a barbecue. The house also has a trampoline for kids.

The nearest airport is Maastricht Aachen Airport, 47 km away and public transport is 1 km away.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
