This beautiful building has recently been given a makeover and is suitable for both business and leisure purposes. The added asset? That is the wheelchair accessibility. Hostess Els is a wheelchair user herself and has equipped the house with ample parking space, wide doorways, barrier-free routes, adapted tables, a bed on high legs, a raised toilet and kitchen facilities at an adapted height.

It is located 1 km from the center of Houthalen, 2 km from the motorway and along the cycle route network (near junction 316). This makes it an excellent choice for lovers of walking and cycling. The indoor/outdoor playground Tarzan & Jane is 600 m from the house.

You can prepare your favorite dishes in the well-equipped kitchen and the cozy living room has a homely atmosphere with books, magazines, candles and craft supplies. There is room for the car in the garage and you have the option to charge bicycles. In addition, there are plenty of fun games available.

One dog is allowed.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
