The holiday home for 9 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and five double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a fireplace, a stereo, a CD player, a TV, a DVD player and an infrared sauna. In addition there is a swimming pool, a pond, a set of garden furniture, a garden, a barbecue, a terrace, a football table, a trampoline, a boules court and a jacuzzi. The badroom is equipped with a bath, three toilets, three washbasins and four showers.
The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a tumble dryer and a washing machine.

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair, a cot and a cot.

Detailed information
A large and very spacious Ardennes farmhouse decorated with great care so that our guests feel "just like home".
The house is ideally located in the small and quiet hamlet of "Desnié" between Spa (6 km) and Stoumont (5 km).
In winter, the large living room with its open fire will allow you to spend pleasant moments of relaxation.
In summer, the south-facing garden has a magnificent private terrace with a barbecue where you can enjoy your meals in peace and quiet, as well as a heated swimming pool of 8m x 4m available from mid-May to mid-September.
The swimming pool is shared with the owner who occupies the part adjacent to the main part, but he remains very discreet and gives you priority with schedules to agree.
You are on the edge of the forest and have access from the house to great walks and mountain bike rides with superb views.
Note: The use of the fireplace is only allowed with the available wood in the house and minimum cover charge of 20€ depending on the wood consumption.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
