General

The holiday home for 9 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with a double sofa bed, three single beds, a double bed and a double bed or two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a garden, a swimming pool, a fitness equipment, a terrace, a barbecue, a jacuzzi, a boules court, a football table and a patio. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with three washbasins, two showers and a bath or shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a fridge.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher and a coffee maker.

This comfortable and inviting villa is located near the centre of beautiful Stavelot, as well as the Spa-Francorchamps circuit.
The villa is spread out entirely on one storey and offers a relaxed atmosphere, with a tastefully furnished interior. The rooms circle the patio - a real skylight - where there's a decorative pond and aquatic plants.
The villa is surrounded by a huge green garden with a 1.7 m deep swimming pool, a large lawn and swing for children.

There are countless activities nearby. Must-visits include exploring the town of Stavelot and its abbey, Coo waterfall, Plopsa park for children and the countless walks or bike rides in the Ardennes countryside (note: there is a well-maintained bike path that passes 400m from the house and which takes you all the way to Germany!). In winter, ski slopes are just a few kilometres away.

Note that a factory near the villa occasionally makes a quick noise (except for evenings and weekends) that you will hear from the garden; this, however, will not affect your stay in any way.

Reservations for groups of persons under 20 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
