The holiday home for 9 persons has four bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds or two single beds, a single bed and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a stereo, a DVD player, a radio, a CD player and a heater. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a terrace, a garden and a barbecue. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with four washbasins, a bath with shower, two toilets and a shower.

The holiday home has a garage, a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair, a playground equipment and a playpen.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a convection microwave and a stove.

It's beautiful nature all around in this 5-bedroom mansion in Spa, in the Belgian Ardennes region. You can enjoy barbecue evenings and linger with a glass of wine. A group of 9 or families with children can stay here comfortably.

Enjoy the springs and spas, especially the thermal baths, and also the beautiful nature of the Ardennes. During winter, you can try langlauf or skiing and access the ski lift at 5 km. The town center is only 1 km away. Excellent restaurants, supermarket, and nightlife pubs are also available at 1 km. There is a public swimming pool at 3 km to take a cool dip.

The spacious private garden is furnished and has wonderful views on the adjacent protected nature area. Kids will be engaged with the play equipment. There is also a playpen and high chair for the kids. During night, you can watch TV in the living room with stove. Parking and space for 1 pet are also provided.

Public transport is nearby at 1 km.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
