The town centre is 100 m from the apartment. The local supermarket and grocery store are 500 m away for your hustle-free stay. For explorations, the towns of Liège, Spa, Malmedy, and Stavelot are within easy reach.
A shared furnished garden is in place for you to enjoy some time in the sun. You can cook an amazing meal in the fully-equipped kitchen and set up the barbecue in the evenings. A parking is available for your convenience. A high chair, changing mat, and childrens bed are available for the little ones.
The guest can check in between 5-6 PM and checkout between 9-10 AM.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
