The holiday home for 12 persons has two bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with 12 single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a stereo, two televisions, a DVD player and a fireplace. In addition there is a fitness equipment, a table tennis table, a football table, a sauna, a set of garden furniture, a barbecue and a garden and there are two terraces. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with five washbasins, a bath or shower, two showers and a toilet.

The holiday home has a freezer, a fridge and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and there are two cots.

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a microwave, a dishwasher and an oven.

Nature lovers can visit the Hoge Venen nature reserve at 2.5 km. You can have fun on the ski slopes of Ovivat at 3 km, the lakes of Robertville at 4.5 km, and Bütgenbach at 14 km. Restaurants are nearby at 1 km and supermarket lie 10 km away.

You can exercise while you are here with the fitness equipment in the relaxation area and for entertainment, table tennis and table football are provided. The home also provides a children's bed and high chair. The central heating will keep you cozy. Enjoy your barbecue from the furnished garden during the evening. Parking is also provided.

Guests can check-in between 4-6 PM and check-out between 9–10 AM.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
