The holiday home for 12 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds, a bunk bed and four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions, a heather, a DVD player, a CD player, a radio, an infrared sauna, a heater and a game console. In addition there is a garden, a billiard, a boules court, a table tennis table, a football table, a set of garden furniture, a barbecue and a bicycle parking and there are two terraces. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three showers, a bath and three washbasins.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a washing machine, a fridge and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there are two cots and two high chairs.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stove, a microwave, a dishwasher and a coffee maker.

The Coo waterfalls, amusement park PlopsaCoo and the circuit of Spa-Francorchamps are also nearby. During winters you can enjoy cross country skiing in Lierneux and Baraque de Fraiture. There are good supermarkets for shopping at 2 km. You can find a restaurant with delicious food at 12 km.

Central heating is provided in the home. The sitting room has a TV and a wood stove to relax. Kids are provided with a high chair, children's bed, and trampoline. You can enjoy the barbecue from the terrace during the evening. 2 pets can come with you at € 5/Pet/Night. Safe parking is arranged. A table tennis table is available too.

Check-in between 4–6 PM and check-out between 9–10 AM.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
