General

The holiday home for 9 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds and three single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a swimming pool, a garden, a terrace, a bicycle parking, a set of garden furniture, a barbecue and an air conditioner. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower, a bath and two washbasins.

The holiday home has a garage, a Internet connection (wireless), a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and there are two cots.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a coffee maker (espresso machine), a dishwasher, an oven, a stovetop and a microwave.

This spacious, comfortable villa features a large garden with pond and swimming pool (open from mid-May to the end of September), sun loungers, barbecue and a south-facing terrace. It is ideal for a family or friendly couples.

The cosy accommodation is centrally located in the village of Sart Jalhay. The nearest restaurant is just 500 m on foot and the supermarket is no more than 4 minutes by car from the house. The village is surrounded by plenty of nature, such as forests and the river Hoëgne. Enjoy peaceful walks through nature or visit the Gileppe dam, with its impressive panorama towers. In winter, there are plenty of snow activities to keep you entertained.

The accommodation is tastefully decorated and features a beautiful living room with smart TV and sliding glass doors to the terrace and garden. The large garden with plenty of play space is ideal for children, but there is also a recreation room indoors, so they won't be bored for a moment.

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

There is a lake/open water less than 500 meter. You can also relax, because near Les Coteaux du Lac in Jalhay you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
