The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom and is equipped with a double sofa bed and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a garden, a barbecue, a terrace, a bicycle parking and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower and a washbasin.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

On the floor of the Hive of Raphaëlle, discover a small apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people, with all the comforts. This cosy flat in an authentic building has a great location, south-west of Liège. It is ideal for relaxing holidays with your partner or a few friends.

The village of Clavier breathes a rich history, with picturesque streets and traditional architecture. It is set in green surroundings with rolling hills, lush forests and meandering rivers. There are numerous walking and cycling routes to explore. Close to Clavier you will find some interesting sights. For example, visit the beautiful Modave castle: an imposing fortress situated on a rocky hill. The castle offers not only a fascinating history, but also breathtaking views of the surrounding area.

The holiday home itself has a lovely terrace where you can start your days relaxing with a cup of coffee or tea. The in-house kitchen allows you to prepare a tasty lunch on your own. During a minimum stay of 2 nights, depending on weather conditions, you can have access to the beehive for 2 hours. You will then be explained about beekeeping, products, equipment and more. Particularly interesting!

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
