The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with a bunk bed or two single beds, a bunk bed, two single beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with two heaters and a TV. In addition there is an air conditioner, a set of garden furniture, a garden and a barbecue. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with a hairdryer, two showers, two washbasins and two toilets.

The holiday home has two fridges, a tumble dryer, two garages, a washing machine, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a stovetop, an oven, a coffee maker (espresso machine), two microwaves and a dishwasher.

The Gîte du Tilleul benefits from a particularly quiet location in the middle of nature. It is located next to the owners' house who will be happy to give you advice on the region. Ideal for family vacations!

The vacation home is located in an area with many bicycle paths and hiking trails through the characteristic flora and fauna. It is within walking distance of Maastricht and not far from Aachen. A visit to the famous Eben-Emael fort is not to be missed by history buffs. Restaurants are located at a short distance from the accommodation.

Inside, you will enjoy a spacious and well-equipped kitchen and a living room with a dining table and board games. The accommodation has a barbecue for those pleasant summer afternoons and the rooms offer plenty of atmosphere and comfort. Enjoy the view of the vegetable garden and grazing animals during your well-deserved vacation near the Dutch border!

The accommodation is suitable for holidaymakers with reduced mobility, although it does not have an aggregation permit.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
