The holiday home for 26 persons has eight bathrooms and eight bedrooms and is equipped with five bunk beds and 16 single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player, a CD player, a fireplace, a TV, a stereo, a heather and an infrared sauna. In addition there is a trampoline, a barbecue, a terrace, a garden, a boules court, a table tennis table, a set of garden furniture, a billiard and a football table and there are two saunas and two elevators. You can park your car on six parking lots. The badroom is equipped with a steam shower, a Turkish steam bath, ten showers, seven toilets and eight washbasins.

The holiday home has two fridge-freezers, a tumble dryer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment and there are two cots and two high chairs.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove and a microwave.

You will find the lively town centre and the beautiful lake at 5 km, perfect for spending time in the evenings. There are also plenty of cycling routes in the vicinity and at 5 km, you can play paintball.

This cottage has central heating. When you sit together, you can light the fireplace in the living room. You can collect on the private terrace to enjoy barbecued meals with wine. Later, go for walks in the garden or sit outside in the fresh air. Enjoy playing table tennis, table football and billiards in the recreation room. A playground for children and parking is available.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
