The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds, a bunk bed or two single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a TV, a stereo and a fireplace. In addition there is a garden, a barbecue, a set of garden furniture, a terrace, a bicycle parking and a football table. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath, a washbasin, a bath or shower and a toilet.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a tumble dryer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a stove.

The peaceful nature of Sivry-Rance promises a wonderful vacation in this 3-bedroom farmhouse. It has central heating for comfort and a furnished garden to enjoy lovely barbecue evenings. It is near the forest and hosts a group of 6 or families.

The green nature, lakes, and ponds gives a wonderful experience during your walking and cycling tours. The forest is at 100 m to discover the wildlife. Nature enthusiasts must visit the natural park of Avesnois at 2 km. You can enjoy a swim from the lake at 4 km. Since the Beaumont town center is at 5 km, all facilities are within reach.

The farmhouse dates back to 18th century and enjoys perfect silence. Central heating, living-dining room with fireplace, and modern kitchen assures a pleasant stay. You can enjoy the evenings in the furnished garden watching the forest animals over a barbecue. Guests can also use the parking and free WiFi.

Note: Gîte Le Fenil BF-CBZM is part of a dwelling comprising a second adjoining but not communicating gîte (Le Logis).

Layout

There is a lake/open water less than 10 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Le Fenil in Sivry-Rance you can go to the water or the forest.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
