Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Heating. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, each room with 2 beds. Bath/shower/WC, double hand-basin. 2nd upper floor: (steep stair), 1 open double bedroom with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. Terrace, south facing position. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Private entrance, smoke alarm.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
