The holiday home for 16 persons has three bathrooms and seven bedrooms and is equipped with a bunk bed and seven double beds. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions. In addition there is a bicycle parking, a garden, a set of garden furniture, an atmospheric fireplace, a swimming pool, a boules court and a barbecue and there are two bars and three terraces. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath, four washbasins, three toilets and three showers.

The holiday home has a fridge, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment, toys and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, a dishwasher, a stove, a convection microwave and a coffee maker (espresso machine).

The Rundershoeve is a gem of a vacation home in the Kempen region. The renovated farmhouse has a large garden with heated swimming pool, outdoor bar, petanque court and soccer field and is therefore ideal for a family vacation. The house and accompanying spacious chalet together have 7 spacious bedrooms with 14 adult beds and 1 children's bunk bed. There are 3 bathrooms and the house is fully equipped for a pleasant stay.

The property is owned by Kathleen, who was formerly a member of the Belgian music group K3, and by Steven. But now they reside in South Africa. However, they make an annual visit to Belgium to enjoy their beautiful home in the forest. They have put a lot of love and care into the Rundershoeve, and are delighted to share it with others so they can experience the tranquility and beauty of the Kempen region. With its endless options for entertainment and activities, the Rundershoeve is the perfect place for an unforgettable family vacation, a team-building retreat, or simply a peaceful getaway.

The house is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable, from a fully-equipped kitchen to a laundry room. The heated swimming pool and outdoor bar are perfect for relaxing and entertaining, while the spacious terrace offers stunning views of the garden and surrounding forest. The property also has an entertainment area for children, making it ideal for families. For K3 fans, there is also a room with all of K3's gold and platinum records and a movie prop can be found in the house!

The location of the Rundershoeve is ideal for exploring the Kempen region. It is only 25 minutes from Hasselt, 30 minutes from attraction park Bobbejaanland, 40 minutes from Antwerp and one hour from Liège and Eindhoven. The area offers a wide range of activities and attractions, from hiking and biking trails, to historic sites and picturesque villages. There are many opportunities for outdoor activities such as horseback riding, fishing, and even a visit to the local zoo, providing endless entertainment for the whole family.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
