The holiday home for 16 persons has three bathrooms and seven bedrooms and is equipped with a bunk bed and seven double beds. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions. In addition there is a bicycle parking, a garden, a set of garden furniture, an atmospheric fireplace, a swimming pool, a boules court and a barbecue and there are two bars and three terraces. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath, four washbasins, three toilets and three showers.

The holiday home has a fridge, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment, toys and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, a dishwasher, a stove, a convection microwave and a coffee maker (espresso machine).

The Rundershoeve is a beautifully renovated farmhouse in the tranquil Kempen region, perfect for family vacations, team-building retreats, or peaceful getaways. The property includes the main house and a spacious chalet, with 7 bedrooms (14 adult beds and 1 children's bunk bed) and 3 bathrooms. It features a heated swimming pool, outdoor bar, petanque court, soccer field, and a kid-friendly entertainment area. The house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, with a kitchen, laundry room, and stunning garden views.

Owned by Kathleen, a former member of the Belgian music group K3, and her partner Steven, the property is a true labor of love. Although they now reside in South Africa, they return annually to enjoy their beautiful home in the forest. K3 fans will enjoy a room showcasing the group's gold and platinum records, as well as a movie prop from their career.

The Rundershoeve is ideally located for exploring the Kempen region, just 25 minutes from Hasselt, 30 minutes from Bobbejaanland theme park, and 40 minutes from Antwerp. Outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, horseback riding, and fishing are all nearby, along with a local zoo. The heated pool is open from May 1 to September 15, ensuring a refreshing summer retreat. Whether relaxing by the pool, exploring the area, or enjoying the property's unique features, the Rundershoeve offers an unforgettable experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
