Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/shower/WC. Electric heating. Facilities: baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. Fire extinguisher. Coal grill available in the garden: you have to bring your own fuel.

In the house: storage room for bicycles, air conditioning, washing machine (for shared use). Motor access to the house. Parking on the premises, public car park at 2 km. Short-stay parking zone (fee), time: 09:00 - 22:00, Monday - Friday. Supermarket 450 m, restaurant 50 m, bakery 600 m, bus stop "29A" 50 m, underground station "U1 Anderklaaerstrasse" 1.1 km, lake alte Donau 2.6 km. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
