Open large living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed (120 cm, length 200 cm), dining table. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Bathroom, sep. WC. Parquet floors. Terrace, garden 50 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families apartment courtyard side. Non-smokers only.

In the house: storage room for bicycles, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Public car park at 800 m. Short-stay parking zone (fee), time: 09:00 - 22:00, Monday - Friday. Supermarket, shopping centre 500 m, restaurant 30 m, bakery 100 m, 15 minute walk to the centre, tram "O, 1, 18, D," 150 m, bus stop "13A" 80 m, railway station "Hauptbahnhof" 500 m, underground station "U1 Hauptbahnhof" 500 m. Nearby attractions: Schloss Belvedere 100 m, Botanischer Garten 100 m, Heldendenkmal der roten Armee 1 km, Karlskirche/Platz 1.8 km, Oper 2.0 km, Musikverein Wien 1.7 km. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
