The holiday home for 5 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and a single bed. The holiday home is equipped with three televisions and a heather. In addition there is a sauna, a terrace and a swimming pool. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two showers and a washbasin.

The holiday home has a garage and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair, a playground equipment and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a microwave.

If you stay 3 nights or more, you will receive the free Bregenzerwald and Großes Walsertal guest card, which gives you free access to numerous activities and attractions in the region. The accommodation is also a member of BERGaktiv. This means you can take part in the extensive and varied summer hiking program in Damüls and in the Großes Walsertal Biosphere Park free of charge.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
