General

The holiday home for 25 persons has four bathrooms and ten bedrooms and is equipped with nine double beds, three single beds and two bunk beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heater and four televisions. In addition there is a garden and there are two terraces and two balconies. You can park your car on four parking lots. The badroom is equipped with a urinal, six washbasins, three showers, a bath and six toilets.

The holiday home has a washing machine, four fridges, a Internet connection (wireless) and three freezers.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with two microwaves, four ovens, three dishwashers and four coffee makers.

This detached holiday home for a maximum of 25 people is located in Sankt Gallenkirch-Gortipohl in Vorarlberg, right in one of the largest ski areas in Austria, the Silvretta-Montafon ski area.

The holiday home consists of 4 different apartments, which can be rented separately or together. Each apartment has either a cozy kitchen-living room with seating area and dining table or a living room with an open, fully equipped kitchen, seating area and dining table, 2 or 3 spacious bedrooms (2 apartments have an additional bunk bed in one of the bedrooms), a bathroom and balcony or terrace. The holiday home also offers a beautiful garden and a washing machine. There are parking spaces directly at the holiday home.

As a hub between Silvretta and Verwall, sporting recreation is a top priority in Sankt Gallenkirch - Gortipohl. Both towns offer direct access to the Silvretta Montafon ski area with 140 kilometers of slopes. The Valisera, Grasjoch and Garfrescha feeder lifts quickly transport winter sports enthusiasts to the Montafon mountains.

In summer, many walking and hiking trails lead from the village center to beautiful viewing points. Sankt Gallenkirch is also the starting point for daily guided mountain bike and e-bike tours as part of Montafon Tourism's BergePLUS program.

Sankt Gallenkirch - Gortipohl is particularly family-friendly with the all-weather Aquarena pool, which offers, among other things, a four-lane wide slide and a children's playground.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
