The home is in the middle of woods and you can enjoy peaceful walks. There is snow throughout and the Montafon ski area gives a great skiing experience. Other comforts are in the vicinity like public swimming pool (10 km), restaurants (1 km), supermarket (4 km).
The first floor has a hallway and modern kitchen with TV , radio, CD player, cooker, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The house has a luxurious floor heating. You can enjoy the barbecue from the terrace and have fun with your children in the garden with furniture. There is a children's bed and high chair to make the kids feel at home. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
