Top floor: (exterior staircase), 1 room with 1 sofabed, 1 double bed, hand-basin, separate WC and satellite TV. Balcony, patio. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Beautiful view of the countryside. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Please note: outside staircase. Low doors and ceilings.
Neuhofen im Innkreis 3 km from Ried: House is useable up to 9 persons! very old, cosy chalet "Troadkasten", from the 17th century. On the outskirts, directly by the stream, in the countryside. For shared use: property 1'000 m2, garden, lawn for sunbathing. Barbecue, barbecue house, children's playground. In the house: central heating system, bicycles available. Parking at the house. Grocery, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station 1 km, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, indoor swimming pool 1 km. Tennis, cross country ski track 500 m, ice field 2 km. The Chalets are 350 year old granaries which have been lovingly restored, comfortably furnished and converted into cosy holiday houses.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
