The holiday home for 9 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is a garden, a tennis court, a barbecue and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a freezer and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and playground equipment.

Spacious and bright, partly with sloping ceilings, modern and cosy furnishings: large living room 50 m2 with library, satellite TV and radio. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, grill) with dining nook. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 folding bed. 1 room with 1 sofabed. Bath/bidet/WC, double hand-basin. Top floor: 1 room with 1 pull-out bed. Wood heating, solar energy heating. Terrace 20 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Beautiful view of the countryside and the forest. Facilities: Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only. Private entrance. The room on the top floor (tower room) is equipped with a desk with a ladder to an open sleeping gallery with 2 bunk beds (also can be booked).

Milk and eggs are sold on the farm at the neighboring farmers. This house was built according to ecological principles. Additional information: The car park has a charging station for electric vehicles.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
