In summer, open the French doors and take a seat on your private terrace. On the first floor is a private sauna with shower, great not to have to leave the house for this!

In winter, you will be able to experience a wonderful winter sports holiday here. At the outskirts of the village, you take the Krippenstein-Obertraun lift to enter the mountain world. In other seasons there is plenty to do in Obertraun; hiking, cycling, boating or practising water sports (such as kayaking or supping) on the mountain lake.
