Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining nook and radio. Exit to the terrace. Bathroom, shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Upper floor: 1 large double bedroom with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), cable TV. 1 large double bedroom with 1 double sofabed and hand-basin. Large terrace 18 m2. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains, the garden and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, safe, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
