Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. 2 pets/ dogs allowed.

Private: property 350 m2 with meadow. 450 m long narrow motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path (14 steps) to the house. Parking at 20 m single garage. Supermarket 5 km. Ski lift 5.5 km, ski bus stop 450 m, cross country ski track 5.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Seefeld/Gschwandkopf 5.5 km.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
