Above Stumm, in the district of Stummerberg 3.5 km from the centre of Stumm, 5 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, in a sunny position on top of a hill, 4.5 km from the skiing area. Private: beautiful, well-kept garden 300 m2. Patio, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox). In the house: WiFi, central heating system, washing machine. Linen change weekly. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Supermarket 3 km, shopping centre 3 km, restaurant 1 km, outdoor swimming pool 2.5 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
