Gattererberg 5 km from Kaltenbach: Beautiful panoramic location. Child friendly, comfortable large working farm "Ferienhof Sonnseitn", surrounded by meadows. Above Stumm, in the district of Gattererberg 4 km from the centre of Stumm, 5 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 5 km from the lake, 4.7 km from the skiing area. For shared use: property, meadow. Barbecue house, children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox). In the house: sauna, infrared sauna (all extra), storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 1 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fügen" 10 km, bathing lake 5 km. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
