The holiday home for 14 persons has two bathrooms and six bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is a balcony, a garden and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The living room is a farmhouse lounge. Balcony. Box-room. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Please note: 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm.

Gattererberg 5 km from Kaltenbach: Beautiful panoramic location. Old, rustic farmhouse "Hochzillertalblick". Above Stumm, in the district of Gattererberg 4 km from the centre of Stumm, 5 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on a slope, 5 km from the lake. Private: property 1'000 m2, natural garden, lawn for sunbathing. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, storage room for bicycles, central heating system. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 1.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fügen" 10 km, bathing lake 5 km. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
