Above Stumm, in the district of Stummerberg 2.5 km from the centre of Stumm, 3.5 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, in a quiet, sunny position, 4 km from the lake, 3.3 km from the skiing area. For shared use: children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: WiFi, trampoline, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use, extra), ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
