In winter, skiers and snowboarders enjoy the excellent pistes on offer in the large resort of Hochfügen-Hochzillertal. The ski lift is at 1 km and the ski bus will take you there in no time. Hikes to the Kaltenbacher Wasserfall waterfall are popular.
The apartment has central heating for comfort when it is cold outside. From the balcony, you can cherish the surrounding views while sipping a nice cup of coffee. You can make use of the ski boot heaters when you return from the snowy slopes. There is a cot for the little one on holiday. Parking is available.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
