Very beautiful view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: hair dryer.

Spiss: Modern, cosy, rustic house "bergGlück", 3 storeys, from the 19th century, renovated in 2022, surrounded by trees. 500 m from the centre of Spiss, on the outskirts, 8 km from the centre of Samnaun, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, 20 m from the edge of the forest, 7 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service on request (extra). Motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 3 cars). Shop 5 km, grocery 5 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 10 m, railway station "Landeck-Zams" 42 km, indoor swimming pool 7 km. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
