The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and a bedroom. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a swimming pool (heated, indoor), a sauna, a balcony, a garden and an elevator. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is playground equipment and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and a dishwasher.

3-room apartment 64 m2, on the upper ground floor. Beautiful and stylish furnishings: large living/dining room with 2 pull-out beds, dining table and cable TV (flat screen), radio. Kitchenette in the entrance (dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, grill, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC, shower/WC. 2 small balconies, east facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the garden. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Attention: No pets allowed. Sleeping arrangements in the accommodation are not full beds!

Seefeld: Child friendly, cosy apartment block "Alpenland". 600 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, 1.2 km from the lake, 400 m from the skiing area. For shared use: large, well-kept garden, lawn for sunbathing, indoor pool heated (13 x 6 m). Children's playground. In the house: lounge, sauna, lift, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 600 m, restaurant 100 m, bakery 400 m, pedestrian zone 600 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 30 m, railway station 600 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, indoor swimming pool 1 km, public bathing area 1.5 km, bathing lake "Wildsee" 1.2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 1.5 km, indoor tennis centre 1 km, sports centre 1 km, gondola lift 400 m, skisport facilities, ski bus stop 30 m, ski school, children's ski school. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Rosshütte 400 m, Geigenbühel 400 m, Gschwandkopf 2 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Additional accommodations can be booked. WLAN only in the entrance area, in the hall and in the lounge (next to the indoor pool) available. Attention: From ca mid-April - ca end-May and in November is due to revision no indoor pool / sauna area available.

There is a lake/open water less than 1,2 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features skiing and your holiday home's surroundings features golfing. You can also relax, because near Alpenland in Seefeld you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
