Cosy house "Wildauer", 800 m a.s.l.. In the district of Zellberg 4 km from the centre of Zell am Ziller, 12 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, on a slope. Private: well-kept garden with lawn. In the house: storage room for skis, washing machine (for shared use, extra), ski boot dryer. Steep motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 700 m, railway station "Zell am Ziller" 4 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km, ski lift 5 km, ski bus stop 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal Arena 5 km. Please note: car recommended.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
