Upper floor: 4 double bedrooms, each room with hand-basin. 1 room with 1 bed. 1 double bedroom with 1 sofabed. Exit to the balcony. Sep. WC, bath/shower/WC. Heating. Carpet. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Beautiful panoramic view. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. There is another apartment on the ground floor that is used by other guests.
House "Baumannerhof", 820 m a.s.l.. 3.3 km from the centre of Fügen, 10 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, 48 km from the centre of Innsbruck, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. 2 km long steep, narrow motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 5 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 3.3 km, railway station "Fügen" 3.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km, mountain railway 4.5 km, ski lift 4.5 km, ski bus stop 5 km, sled run 3.5 km. The apartment on the 2nd floor is partly used by holiday guests who use the separate kitchen on the ground floor (access via a common hallway). The use of fireworks is prohibited on New Year's Eve.
