Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Wooden floors. Large terrace, east facing position. Terrace furniture. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. TV and WiFi must be paid extra on site (Netflix).

Flirsch 12 km from St. Anton: Idyllic, in the middle of the forest rustic timber house "Lieblingsplatz", detached, surrounded by trees. Above Flirsch am Arlberg, 1.8 km from the centre, in a secluded, quiet position. Private: natural state property. Patio, terrace. Storeroom available. In Winter: please take snow chains. 1 km steep footpath to the house. Parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 1.8 km, restaurant 1.8 km, bus stop "Dorfplatz" 1.8 km, railway station "St. Anton" 14 km, outdoor swimming pool 14 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: St. Anton am Arlberg 13 km, Ischgl 33 km. Please note: car recommended. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. Ski bus (free of charge). Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
