Only 1000 metres from the centre of Westendorf. The ski lift is only 500 metres from the house and if there is enough snow, you can ski right up to the front door. There are also several hiking, cycling and mountain bike trails along the property.
Skis and bicycles, for example, can be safely stored in the equipment room.
