The holiday home for 9 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds, a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with four televisions and an infrared sauna. In addition there are four balconies. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three washbasins, three showers, three toilets and three hairdryers.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a microwave.

This beautiful apartment on a farm has a very nice living room, an infrared sauna and a modern kitchen. With plenty of comfort and a genuine Tyrolean atmosphere, it is ideal for families.

The Hölzlbauer holiday home has a fantastic location. Complete peace and quiet at just a 10-minute walk from the centre of Kirchberg. The bus stop for the ski bus is only 140 m away and there is a fantastic restaurant with genuine Tyrolean cuisine nearby. In summer, you can enjoy the Austrian outdoors. Several hiking and biking trails lead past this farm and in the immediate vicinity you can find a riding school and several beautiful golf courses.

There is a spacious living/dining room with satellite TV and a cosy dining area. The 3 double bedrooms have a private bathroom (shower/basin/toilet), TV and access to the balcony. The balcony around the first floor offers a wonderful view of the fields, the surrounding farms and the mountains. A storage room for mountain bikes is also available.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
