The holiday home for 20 persons has six bathrooms and nine bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is a garden, a balcony and a tennis court. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless) and a freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Sep. WC. Top floor: living/sleeping room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. 1 small room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 small room with 2 beds. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave) with dining nook and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Bath/shower/WC. Beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. 4 showers on the ground floor are divided on 2 bathrooms each with 2 showers and sinks. The living/dining room on the ground floor is a cozy typical Tyrolean room with lots of pine wood. The maximum number of 27 persons including additional beds, babies and toddlers may not be exceeded.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
