Large living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Marvellous view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smoking house.
Innsbruck: Very old, historical single-family house "Vogelhütte", 2 storeys, from the 17th century, surrounded by trees and meadows. On the outskirts, 3 km from the centre of Innsbruck. In the house: central heating system. Motor access (via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking. Supermarket 2.1 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 2.3 km. Nearby attractions: Altstadt 4 km, Freizeitzentrum Axame 5.3 km, Einkaufszentrum Cyta 2.1 km, Alpenzoo Innsbruck 5.8 km. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
