Living room with 1 double sofabed, Scandinavian wood stove, dining table and flat screen. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher). Shower/WC. Large terrace 20 m2, roofed, south facing position and west facing position. Terrace furniture. Marvellous view of the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. The infrared heater and the Swedish stove provides heating. Gas stove is in the kitchen.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
