The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double sofa bed and three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather. In addition there is a balcony and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three toilets, three washbasins and three showers.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless) and a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a coffee maker, a microwave and a stovetop.

This modern apartment in Längenfeld is ideal for a family skiing getaway or for groups. It is near the owner's adjoining restaurant/pizzeria Peppa’s Pub, where you can indulge your culinary delicacies of Europe on days you don’t want to cook.

The apartment is close to the ski lift (Sölden) 8 km away and many skiing areas nearby. The town center is also within 4 km where you can find a vibrant night life of Austria. This house offers a whole list of activities you can do in the summers, like wonderful hiking tours, beautiful bike rides, etc. You can stock up the pantry with supplies from a general store just 4 km away. There are many outdoor swimming pools barely 3.5 km away.

The apartment is not consecutive, 2 rooms can be reached via the hallway. A ski storage room and parking space is available at the house. There is wifi in the house and a maximum of 1 pet is allowed.

The ski bus stop is 100 m from the house and takes you to the ski resorts of Sölden and Obergurgl.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
