2-family house "Aiko", 2 storeys, built in 2018. On the outskirts, 450 m from the centre of Längenfeld, in a quiet, sunny position. In the house: storage room for skis, washing machine, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking at the house. Grocery 500 m, supermarket 1 km, bakery 300 m, café 450 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 300 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Sölden Giggijoch 14 km, Gries im Sulztal 5 km, Obergurgl 25 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Piburger See 21 km. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
