The holiday home for 3 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions and a heather. In addition there is a garden, a table tennis table, a sauna, a fitness equipment, a barbecue, a sunbed and a jacuzzi. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a washbasin, a steam shower, a toilet and a bath.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair, a playground equipment and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven.

This cosy holiday apartment is located at an altitude of 900 m at the entrance to the Pitztal valley in the Arzl-Wald district. It sits on a sunny and quiet hill with a breath-taking panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. The apartment is perfect for two couples or families who want to spend a relaxing holiday in a fantastic holiday region.

In winter, the area offers a range of activities, including horse-drawn carriage rides, cross-country skiing, curling, après-ski, racing and deep-snow courses, and carving and snowboarding lessons. In summer, guests can enjoy mountain biking, horseback riding, summer tobogganing, and much more. The apartment is also a fantastic base for exploring many scenic hiking trails.

Decorated in traditional Tyrolean country house style, the apartment offers its guests the use of the shared wellness area – complete with sauna, steam bath, whirlpool, and solarium – or the communal garden with barbecue. There’s also a washing machine and dryer as well as various games available for your enjoyment.

An additional guest (up to 12 years old) can be accommodated for an extra €20.00 per day.

On 3 kilometer of Enzian you will find one or more restaurants. In addition, there is a lake/open water less than 15 kilometer. There is a mall nearby, in 3 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Enzian in Imst District you can go to the water or the forest.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
