The holiday home for 11 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is a terrace, a balcony, a garden and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless) and a freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave.

Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, shower/WC, sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom. Shower. Balcony 18 m2. Beautiful view of the countryside and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Drink best mountain spring water from the faucet.. There is a small apartment in the attic which is only accessible through the house next door.

Mayrhofen: Beautiful cottage "Hauser", 2 storeys, semi-detached, renovated in 2011. In the district of Hollenzen 2 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, 2 km from the skiing area. Private: well-kept garden 100 m2 lawn. Terrace (40 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, ski boot dryer. Linen change weekly. Towel change weekly. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 300 m, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, indoor swimming pool 2 km, thermal baths 20 km. Gondola lift 2 km, skisport facilities 2 km, ski bus stop 30 m, ski school 2 km, children's ski school 2 km, cross country ski track 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal 3000 2 km, Zillertal Arena 11 km, Fügen Spieljoch 22 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Schlitterer Badesee 25 km, Achensee 35 km, Reintalersee 37 km. Please note: baby equipment on request. Ski bus (free of charge). Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
