The free ski bus takes you to the family ski area of Hochoetz, only a 3-minute drive away, or to the top ski resorts of Ötztal (Sölden and Gurgl). Many hiking, mountain, and bike tours can be started directly from our house. The stunning Haibichersee is only 500 meters away, offering beautiful holiday experiences. The two separate bedrooms with box-spring beds and walk-in wardrobes provide access to the terrace and mountain views.
From our fully equipped kitchen, you can enjoy views of the water. Our spacious bathroom offers a shower and a large corner bathtub, ensuring the perfect end to your holiday. Our family look forward to welcoming you.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
