In a quiet position, 200 m from the edge of the forest, 12 km from the lake, 9 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 9 km, restaurant 100 m. Ski lift 200 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Ski Zillertal 9 km, Zillertal Arena 19 km, Hintertuxer Gletscher 23 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Schlegeis Stausee 12 km.
