Beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. The combi wall-folding bed, newly manufactured in 2023, is of very high quality and offers the best sleeping comfort at night and at the same time pleasant living comfort during the day.

In the district of Kapfing 1.5 km from the centre of Fügen, in a quiet, sunny position, 6 km from the lake, 1.7 km from the skiing area, in the countryside. For shared use: large, beautiful, well-kept garden. In the house: lounge, WiFi, sauna (all included), storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
